On power up the default is the legacy mouse mode. Symptoms: When (ibinput switch tablet-mode state 1) fires the device enters tablet mode( disable keyboard and trackpad), and when (ibinput switch tablet-mode state 0) is fired only keyboard is enabled not the trackpad.
